The SwarmLab aims to develop and experiment swarm intelligence algorithms using interconnected robots that solve problems in a realistic setting. Swarm intelligence is an emergent collective behaviour which allows simple agents (e.g., robots) to self-organise based on local rules and interactions to achieve complex tasks. The SwarmLab is a lab targeting both interdisciplinary research and education purposes.
