The University of Luxembourg provides all students with access to computer facilities.

You can use your student card to make photocopies. At the beginning of each semester, the University gives you €12.50 of photocopy credit on your card. You can buy a top-up online (€5, €10, €20 or €50) with Visa or MasterCard, or if you wish to come to pay with a debit card, you will need to come in person to the Student Department.
You can access the online top-up service via your Guichet Étudiant page.
You can use the “Guichet Étudiant” (Student Portal) to:
- register for courses
- manage your exams
- consult your course schedule
- follow your study progress
- top up your printing budget online (if you wish to pay by debit card you will have to go to the Student Department office in person)
- print your transcripts in French and English
- print your enrolment certificates
- print your certificate of completion of your study programme of study
- validate your student contract
- update your personal information (e.g. bank details,address, etc.)
- etc
The “UNI Moodle platform” provides access to all the courses offered by the three faculties.
To log into the platform, you will need your student ID number, which is displayed on your student card, as well as your University password. This video shows how:
To enrol in your Bachelor or Master courses, you will need to have logged in to Moodle at least once. You can then go to the Guichet Étudiant to enrol in your courses from there.
