One of the core values of the University of Luxembourg is to promote, equity, inclusivity and fairness. This commitment is upheld by multiple teams and initiatives dedicated to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

  • The Gender Equality Office (GEO)

is led by the University’s Gender Equality Delegate, who also chairs the Gender Equality Committee. The GEO is responsible for implementing the measures outlined in the Gender Equality Policy and coordinates various projects aimed at promoting equal opportunities and equity across the University’s three core missions: research, higher education and contribution to the social, cultural and economic development of Luxembourg.

  • The Inclusion Office

is dedicated to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for all students. We provide tailored support to ensure that every individual, regardless of their personal circumstances, has access to the resources they need to succeed. Our services include advising on settling in at university, supporting students, offering guidance on inclusion issues and supporting a welcoming campus culture. We work closely with students, staff, and faculty to remove barriers, address discrimination, and advocate an inclusive community where everyone feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

  • Committee for Reasonable Adjustments

is dedicated to providing all students with fair access to educational, social and university services. The committee reviews and approves requests for reasonable adjustments, ensuring that students with disabilities, physical or mental health conditions, or special educational needs receive the necessary adjustments to fully engage in university activities. The committee promotes an accessible campus and fosters an inclusive environment for all.
