Presentation
Students develop skills in communication with children and families, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based pediatric nursing practice, while gaining experience through theoretical courses, clinical education, tutorials, and interprofessional simulation laboratories.
The programme is delivered by the Department of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences, bringing together nursing science academics and pediatric healthcare professionals.

Strengths
University training in pediatric nursing
The Bachelor enables advanced pediatric nursing skills and promotes evidence-based care for pediatric patients and families. The programme also strengthens interprofessional collaboration in pediatric healthcare to support quality and patient safety. In addition, professional certifications relevant to pediatric clinical practice are included in the curriculum.
Innovative pediatric nursing education
The programme combines theoretical learning using interactive teaching methods with clinical education in pediatric hospital and community care settings.
