Research activities

Over a thousand research projects are currently under way at the University of Luxembourg, either in response to the national context or to solve global challenges. Our 1,500 researchers work in international teams in the research departments of our faculties and interdisciplinary centres. Several projects are carried out in collaboration with other academic partners or with industry and the public sector.

    The LCSB develops and applies systems-level approaches and experimental computational methods to gain an insight into the molecular and cellular mechanisms of human diseases.
