Despite its recent creation, the department has become one of the prominent finance departments in Europe. It comfortably ranks among the top 10 European finance departments based on the number of top economics, mathematical statistics, and finance publications per professor. The department is located in the heart of Luxembourg’s financial hub at Campus Kirchberg.
