Diploma
If you have not yet received your Bachelor diploma by the application period for your chosen study programme, you can still submit your application online. Make sure you do so within the deadline.
If your application is accepted, you will receive a letter of conditional admission. You will have until 15 November during your first study semester to submit your diploma via our platform. You will then be sent a letter of final admission.
If you fail to submit your diploma, you will not be able to continue studying at the University of Luxembourg.
Please note that if you are not able to finalise your enrolment, it is not possible to defer admission to the next academic year.
You will have to apply from scratch, with a new ID number, and upload your documents again. The rules on application fees, language certificates, etc. will apply to you as they do for any new candidate.
Acceptance for a previous academic year does not guarantee acceptance of any subsequent applications. -
