Ombuds are available by appointment only and do not accept walk-in visitors in order to respect the confidentiality of scheduled visitors.
Scheduling triage for the ombuds team is done according to the visitor’s preferred official language (French, German, or English) of service, and first availability of ombuds team members.
Please note that a visitor works with one ombuds at a time.
