We invite you to become part of ADVANCE and discover how mentoring can not only empower others but also enhance your own leadership skills.
Mentoring is learning together, you will help others learn and reach their potential, and in the process, you will learn about yourself. While you help someone else, you will gain valuable insights, it will challenge you to reflect on your own journey. Interacting with mentees from diverse backgrounds will encourage innovative thinking and sharpen your communication skills.

Who can be a mentor?
Researchers/Professors who are willing to listen and support! Your unique experiences and insights can be incredibly helpful for a junior researcher, or for your peers.
