Transcript of Records

Please send your original transcript of records (ToR)* to the contact person at your faculty for the validation of the obtained ECTS.

Contacts within the faculties

*Note: Electronic copies of transcripts are only accepted if they are sent directly by the host university to the Outgoing Mobility Office or the faculty’s contact person. If electronic copies of transcripts are sent by the student, they must be protected or certified.

The validation and integration of earned ECTS is done by the faculties.

Your mobility will appear on the Diploma supplement when you achieve your Bachelor.

How to share your experience

  • Contact the ESN association (European Student Network) at the University of Luxembourg, and join their activities and offers.
  • Participate to the next Mobility dating organized by the Outgoing Mobility Office.
