Our team members come from backgrounds including: computer science, economics, engineering, finance, information systems, management, mathematics, physics, political sciences, psychology, social sciences, and related programmes.

What You Need
We’re looking for in general:
- A desire to deliver the best solutions in the highest quality
- Fun to work in an international and interdisciplinary team
- Motivation, self-initiative, flexibility, and willingness to work
- Sound analytical skills
- Solution-oriented working habits
- The willingness to assume responsibility
- An excellent degree
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Not required: Knowledge of French, German, and Luxembourgish
Post-docs should further have:
- Excellent knowledge in research methods
- Experience in publishing high-quality research
- Publications in top 10% journals (according to Scopus, published or under review)
- Willingness to guide PhD students
- Willingness to write grant proposals and pursue industry partnerships
- Desirable: Experience in research projects or industry collaboration

By conducting research with an experienced team, you will get to know the practices of academic research and writing, enhance your methodical and analytical abilities, but also learn to know businesses‘ current and future challenges.
