Discover the LLC
The LLC is an architectural masterpiece, a relic of Belval’s industrial past, an innovative academic library and a space dedicated to learning. Going on a guided tour with a librarian is a great way of finding out more about the history of the site and familiarising yourself with all the services available in a 21st-century library.
Enjoy a personalised visit with expert commentary and discover the LLC’s collections, spaces and services. If you would prefer a self-guided visit, feel free to ask for the LLC Tour via an app or tablet. You will find out everything you need to know about using the library while enjoying the unique views offered by the building.

How to participate in the self-guided tour on your smartphone
Step 1: Download the application Actionbound to your smartphone (iOS and Android).
Step 2: Select the option « Scan code ».
Step 3: Scan the QR code at the LLC entrance to start the visit.You also have the option of to borrow a tablet (between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm) from the LLC Welcome Zone to take the tour.

How does the tour work?
You can send a request to askalibrarian@uni.lu specifying:
- the purpose of the tour and the number of people (up to 15 people possible per group);
- the desired day and time;
- the preferred language (French, English, German or Luxembourgish).
The tour includes a presentation of the spaces, services and collections and can last between 30 minutes and 1 hour as requested.
