  • Description Institute

Our mission at the Luxembourg Science Center (LSC) is the promotion of science and technology to the public and youngsters in particular. Since October 4th, 2017, we awaken curiosity and interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) by means of interactive, playful and spectacular activities. Nowadays the Science Center welcomes nearly 80.000 visitors a year, including school classes, families and groups from Luxembourg, the greater region and beyond.

By freely interacting with over 100 in-house developed and constructed hands-on exhibits, visitors discover and explore scientific phenomena, among others, in the field of mechanics, robotics, electricity and mathematics. Further, we develop and animate a multitude of science shows and workshops in various disciplines including physics, mathematics, chemistry, food and material sciences.
