The Luxembourg Centre for Contemporary and Digital History (C²DH) promotes an interdisciplinary approach to the study of contemporary Luxembourgish and European history with a particular focus on new digital methods and tools for historical research, teaching and dissemination. Its communication team is dedicated to promoting understanding and awareness of contemporary and digital history.

Description Internship
Digital Science Communication Internship
We are seeking for a passionate and motivated student to join as a Digital Science Communication Intern with a focus on the C²DH Alumni community. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in science communication while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. -
Content
- Create engaging digital stories about C²DH Alumni (videos, articles…).
- Assist in engaging alumni and moderating our alumni community.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new digital initiatives.

Entry requirements
- Working as a doctoral candidate in Luxembourg
- Currently enrolled in an graduate program in Humanities.
- Strong passion for effective science communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital video creation tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Logistical requirements
- 50 hours in total.
- Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work.

- Interested candidates should submit their CV a cover letter explaining their interest in science communication, and, if available, examples of their previous works.
- They will be invited for an interview and a writing test; only after this test we will decide whether we accept the candidate or not.
