General Information

Our offer, due to generous support from our sponsors:
– no conference fee
– free accommodation for selected participants
– contribution to the travel expenses of selected participants
– support of participants travelling with children or having special needs.

Below you can
– apply to participate in the conference
– propose a contributed talk of 20 minutes to be held in one of the parallel sessions
– apply for financial support: free accommodation in a shared room, contribution to travel expenses, or when travelling with children or with special needs
Selection will be based upon merit and need.

We kindly request all participants to contribute to a friendly and inclusive atmosphere based on mutual respect, as customary for Journées Arithmétiques. We are implementing several measures to have a more sustainable event. We count on your support.

Useful hints

For proposing a contributed talk, please prepare before the submission: title, abstract (in LaTeX code), keywords and, if applicable, a link to a related preprint or publication. Titles and abstracts are needed now for the selection; if necessary, they can be updated before the conference.

For applying for free accommodation or financial support, you will be asked to fill in a narrative CV, provide a link to your publications on ZBMath (if applicable), your ORCID profile (if applicable) and, for early-stage applicants and anyone else who thinks this is useful, to provide contact details of two referees.

Participants will be contacted later on for the lunches, the conference dinner, and the cultural programme.

Application

The application form has to be filled in full. You can go back to previous questions if you wish. After submitting the application form you can save your data as a pdf file and you will receive an automatic summary (in case, please check your spam folder).

We aim at responding to all applications for participation within two weeks (in case, please check your spam folder). Funding decisions for Early Bird Financial Support will be announced in January 2025. Decisions for the second wave of financial support should be expected in April 2025.
