Programme

The training cycle includes:

• +/- 334 hours of face-to-face training (Fridays from 8.30 to 17.30 unless specified otherwise).
• 300 hours of personal work (distance learning modules and project writing).

On successful completion of the course, a university certificate (equivalent to 30 ECTS) will be awarded (subject to success).

The training programme consists of the following six modules:
Module 1: Understanding the healthcare environment in Luxembourg (4 ECTS) – 9 classes
Module 2: Understanding strategy and managing quality in healthcare (5 ECTS) – 9 classes
Module 3: Integrating management principles (6 ECTS) – 8 classes
Module 4: Managing human resources (6 ECTS) – 8 classes
Module 5: Understanding and managing finances (2 ECTS) – 4 classes
Module 6: The professional project (7 ECTS) – 6 classes + guidance
