Required Degree
Bachelor degree or equivalent (180 ECTS) in an educational or social sciences (or multiple disciplines) and a strong interest in theoretical perspectives and excellent methodological skills.

Language Skills
C1 certificate in English. No certificate for French or German (B1 level advised)
Knowledge of French and German are considered an asset.

Procedure
Registration for the Master in Social Sciences and Educational Sciences opens every two years.
Selection is based on the application documents and a personal interview.

Letter of motivation guidelines
The 2-page letter of motivation should address the following questions:
– In the field of social and educational sciences, what are important research topics you would like to investigate that are represented in the curriculum ? Write at least 500 words describing a possible research project.
– Why would you like to pursue this Master degree? Why are you interested in studying in Luxembourg? What are your expectations of this master’s program and your future occupational goals ?
– How does this Master fit with your past experiences and expertise?
