Strengths of the certificate

Designed jointly by the University of Luxembourg and the University of Luxembourg Competence Centre, this programme consists of 6 course modules spread over two semesters. It is open to professionals in the social, health and education sectors who work or would work with autistic people as part of their activities.

It combines lessons from academic research, professionals’ field experience and sharing of best practice. By exploring the different facets of autism, participants will acquire in-depth knowledge of educational approaches and effective intervention strategies, thereby fostering an inclusive environment in all settings.

An assessment is carried out at the end of each module to validate the acquisition of knowledge. Students will be required to complete a professional project, which will be presented to a jury to validate the skills acquired during the course. One of the strengths of this certificate is that it enables students to carry out a concrete professional project.
