Open Day 2026: A day filled with interaction and enthusiasm

The University of Luxembourg’s Open Day once again brought the Belval campus to life this year, attracting nearly 5,500 visitors who came to discover the institution’s programmes and services. On this occasion, the teaching and administrative teams of the FHSE – often joined by voluntary students – were fully engaged: over 70 staff members were on hand to inform prospective students and guide them towards the courses most suited to their plans.

With a mix of fun activities, themed stands and programme presentations, visitors discovered the faculty’s range of study programmes, including Bachelor‘s, Master‘s and Continuing Education courses. While some already knew exactly which course to pursue, others seized the opportunity of the Open Day to explore all the possibilities available to them. These personalised discussions enable visitors to better understand the opportunities that align with their projects, whilst benefiting from the experience and advice of the teams.

Beyond the record number of participants, it was above all the warm atmosphere and the teams’ commitment that made this 2026 edition stand out. Student ambassadors, lecturers, administrative staff: everyone contributed to creating a welcoming and reassuring environment to support prospective students in their decision-making.
