With the new Interreg VA Greater Region project LATI – Research Lab for Territorial Intelligence, UniGR-CBS is launching a forward-looking initiative to foster cross-border spatial planning in the Greater Region. LATI acts as a science-policy interface, bringing together researchers, policymakers, students and citizens from the Greater Region to jointly address challenges such as climate change, land consumption, and transit-oriented living and working. The project focuses on mutual learning and the practical testing of policies, strategies, and planning practices across borders. Through planning games, digital platforms, and living labs, LATI creates a space for co-creation and innovation in territorial governance.

The official project launch will take place on 27th June 2025.
