The University of Luxembourg launches a new original podcast, Alumni Stories, a series that spotlights the voices, experiences, and journeys of our graduates from across the Greater Region and beyond. The first episode premieres this Thursday, 5 June 2025, and new episodes will follow every Thursday morning on all major platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Deezer.

From campus to career

Each episode features a personal conversation with one of our alumni—sharing where their journey has taken them since graduation. From international careers to community leadership, entrepreneurship to the arts, Alumni Stories captures the authentic voices behind diplomas and degrees.

We wanted to create a space for reflection and inspiration,” says the production team. “Alumni are our best storytellers, and through their paths we can see the real impact of education here in Luxembourg and beyond.”

12 episodes, all summer long

The podcast launches with its first two episodes on the 5th of June, introducing a compelling guest whose story of resilience and transformation sets the tone for the season. The 12-episode series will continue with a new episode every Thursday morning.

For its first season, Alumni Stories focuses on graduates of the Bachelor en Cultures Européennes. From literature and philosophy to intercultural challenges and academic life, each guest offers a distinct window into how this multidisciplinary programme has influenced their thinking and shaped their current paths.

Expect reflections on studying in a multilingual environment, and unexpected career journeys inspired by a humanities foundation.Topics range from unexpected career turns to lessons learned on campus and insights into life after university.
