What is the goal of the training program?
The Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training (STT) on Job Crafting for More Happiness at Work aims to provide participants with insights, tools, and strategies to create a more positive and productive workplace. The program will explore how happiness at work enhances creativity, improves productivity, and supports overall wellbeing. Participants will discover evidence-based practices, engage in interactive workshops, and learn how to design happier, healthier work environments that foster collaboration, motivation, and long-term success.
Whom does it address?
This training is open to members of the academic community with an English proficiency level of B1 or above who wish to enhance their professional and interpersonal skills. It is designed for administrative, teaching, and scientific staff, and for anyone interested in understanding how happiness at work can become a driver of innovation, resilience, and performance.
How is the program structured?
The staff week will take place in the beautiful country of Luxembourg, a multicultural hub at the heart of Europe, known for its rich history, green landscapes, and vibrant international community. The training consists of interactive presentations, and hands-on workshops. Across learning activities, participants will engage in discussions, practical exercises, and case studies designed to turn theory into action. Classes will take place from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 3 pm. In addition to training, the program includes a cultural component, such as a guided walking tour of Luxembourg City and a networking dinner featuring traditional cuisine, giving participants the chance to experience the city’s unique cultural blend. Upon completion, all participants will receive an Erasmus+ STT certificate of attendance.
Can the training be funded through Erasmus+ STT grants?
Yes. Each participant may apply for a mobility grant through their home institution. We will provide all necessary supporting documents for Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training (STT) grant applications, including an invitation letter, a detailed training program, and a certificate of attendance.
