Admissions

To apply for a programme at the University of Luxembourg, candidates must comply with the general eligibility criteria for the chosen programme type and be selected by the study programme based on the quality of their application.

Specific information for this programme

  • Required Degree

    Bachelor degree or equivalent (180 ECTS) in in public administration, law, contemporary political history, international relations, philosophy, political science, economics or social sciences.

  • Language Skills

    C1 certificate in French and B2 certificate in English

  • Documents

    In addition to the documents required for the enrolment at the University of Luxembourg, students need to submit the following documents:

    – Full (certified) transcripts of three previous year of University-level studies and a bachelor degree certificate.
    – Letter of motivation (maximum of 500 words).
    – CV describing professional experience.
    – Two confidential letters of reference commenting on the applicant’s aptitude to complete the Master programme. These letters should normally be from professors / lecturers who able to evaluate the applicant’s previous academic performance. Professional references may, however, be substituted where appropriate. The letters should be sent to director of the Master programme: mep@uni.lu

  • Procedure

    Selection is based on the submitted dossiers. Admission is limited to a maximum of 36 students per year.
