Uni.lu ranks among most attractive employers according to recent report

The University of Luxembourg was recognised in the Randstad Employer Brand Research 2025 as the most attractive employer in its category. 

The study, conducted by an independent research institute on behalf of Randstad, is based on the perceptions of more than 1,500 respondents in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. It assesses the perception of employers across 11 criteria, including work–life balance, career opportunities, societal role, working atmosphere and reputation. 

Survey respondents rank the University first in 8 out of the 11 criteria, particularly in these areas:

• Work–life balance

• Work atmosphere

• Good reputation

• Equal opportunities

• Societal role and meaningfulness

• Career opportunities

• Interesting job content

• Salary and benefits (perceived)

This external recognition provides a valuable perspective on how residents perceive the institution as an employer. In addition, external reports such as this one complement the University’s internal surveys.
