The University of Luxembourg on 20 February published a public tender for an independent external audit on the organisational practices and working climate across the institution. The tender will be available by Friday afternoon on the public tender portal.
Announced in January, the external audit is commissioned by the Board of Governors of the University and will explore how we work and collaborate across the University, with a focus on organisational climate, management and human resources practices, and academic recruitment and promotion. The University community will be encouraged to participate and contribute to the audit. Results of the audit will be communicated, and operational recommendations will be implemented through a forward-looking action plan.
With this initiative, the University of Luxembourg is taking another concrete step in its commitment to continuous organisational improvement and a respectful working environment. The University is looking forward to seeing the findings of this audit.
