    Talent support stipend aimed at attracting high-achieving international students who wish to pursue a Master’s program at the University of Luxembourg.

  • Eligibility criteria

    Full-time successful applicants and students pursuing a Master’s degree at the University of Luxembourg, regardless of the field of study.

    Not eligible: Master’s programs requiring a mandatory semester or year abroad and applicants/recipients of the Luxembourg’s State Financial Aid for Higher Education (formerly CEDIES).

    30 students per annum = 10 per faculty

  • Duration

    Up to 2 years = standard duration of a Master’s degree

  • Amount

    5.629€ per semester = 11.258€ per annum

  • Application procedure

    Step 1: Master’s application
    Submission of Master’s applications via the online admissions portal and assessment of academic excellence by the Directors of each Master’s program.

    By 24 March 2026

    Step 2: Scholarship application
    Email invitations sent to admitted students of chosen Master’s programs for scholarship online applications.

    By 24 March 2026

    Step 3: Missing documents
    Last call for submitting any missing documents for the scholarship applications.

    By 31 March 2026

  • Evaluation and selection

    Step 4: Outcome
    Successful and unsuccessful applicants are informed via email.

    By 15 May 2026

    Step 5: Acceptance
    Successful applicants are invited to confirm the acceptance of the scholarship offer.

    Scholarship recipients are invited to sign the scholarship agreement
