    SessionsDescription
    Session 1
    Introduction: The power
    of my mind
Strength begins with a mindset. What we believe as women shapes what we can achieve. In this session, we will use dynamic improvisation exercises to explore and challenge gender stereotypes. You will discover how shifting your beliefs can open new doors to a more confident self.

    Session 2
    Embodying strength
    through presence
Are you allowing yourself to take up space in a room? Your body speaks before you say a word. The way we stand, move, and hold ourselves send powerful signals to others and to ourselves. In this session, you will learn how to claim your space and express confidence through posture, movement, and body awareness.

    Asserting my place at
work and in my daily life
Whether in the workplace or in your private life, setting healthy boundaries is essential. In this session, we will use role-play to rehearse real-life situations where women may feel overlooked, interrupted, or undermined.
