Introduction: The power
of my mindStrength begins with a mindset. What we believe as women shapes what we can achieve. In this session, we will use dynamic improvisation exercises to explore and challenge gender stereotypes. You will discover how shifting your beliefs can open new doors to a more confident self.

Embodying strength
through presenceAre you allowing yourself to take up space in a room? Your body speaks before you say a word. The way we stand, move, and hold ourselves send powerful signals to others and to ourselves. In this session, you will learn how to claim your space and express confidence through posture, movement, and body awareness.

Raising my voice because I deserve to be heardYou voice a powerful tool and, in this session, you will explore its full potential. You will learn to speak with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. Through vocal exercises and theatre techniques, you will strengthen your ability to be heard and respected.

Asserting my place at
work and in my daily lifeWhether in the workplace or in your private life, setting healthy boundaries is essential. In this session, we will use role-play to rehearse real-life situations where women may feel overlooked, interrupted, or undermined. You will practice assertive communication and discover strategies to respond with self-assurance.

Dealing with abusive and
aggressive behaviorRemembering your strength is even more crucial when fear and intimidation is triggered. In this session, we will work through scenarios involving abusive or aggressive behavior. You will leave with practical tools to protect yourself and stand firm.
