Breathe- Relax- Succeed: Your anti-stress kit

We are pleased to invite you to a new workshop designed to support your well-being.

In this session, you will:

  • Discover concrete, accessible, and effective tools to manage pressure, improve sleep quality, and regain mental clarity in key moments.
  • Practice breathing and relaxation exercises you can use anytime.
  • Experience guided visualizations and heart coherence techniques to restore balance and focus.
  • Participate in interactive exchanges and group debriefings to share experiences and insights.
  • Learn simple tips to integrate these techniques into your daily life.

Take a mindful pause – breathe, relax, and succeed.

The session will be led by Marc Plata from the Centre Respire – Centre thérapeutique respiratoire.
