Boost & Balance: Master your Energy for a successful year
We are pleased to invite you to a new workshop designed to support your well-being.
This workshop will focus on providing practical techniques to help participants regulate their energy (boost and balance), using very simple yet effective methods. You will explore:
- Stress and anxiety management, along with mental focus, digital hygiene, and emotional balance
- Healthy routines for sleep, food, and movement
- Tools and practices that fit student life
- Easy exercises and movements to help you feel better
The session will be led by Maude Reisman from My Body Caring Coach, who offers a holistic approach to wellbeing. Maude strives to create a soothing environment where everyone can explore and enhance their mind-body balance.
