Cryptography – Create your own coded bracelet
The Scienteens Lab organises regular online sessions to showcase the ressources available on “Test IT“. This website was created to help teenagers (12-19 years old) explore the digital world on their own and develop their computer science skills. During each online session, the participants can:
- Get guidance in completing one of our tutorials and delve deeper into the subject with the help of our team.
- Connect with an expert who works, studies or uses computer science in their daily life.
- Meet other teenagers who are exploring computer science.
Each session is conducted in English, French, German or Luxembourgish.
On 18 December, the Test IT online session will be dedicated to cryptography.
We will guide you through the process of creating your own personalised bracelet, using simple materials, and then teach you how to use binary code to encrypt your own secret message!
