The Researchers’ Days are back: From Thursday, 28 November to Saturday, 30 November, the Rockhal will once again transform into a giant research lab with over 30 interactive workshops for curious minds of all ages! This event, organised by the Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR), offers scientists a unique platform to present their work to a large audience. Visitors can enjoy a “hands-on” experience, conduct experiments, ask questions and get a very concrete and personal insight into the world of research.
The Scienteens Lab participates in the 2024 edition with a workshop dedicated to computer vision.
The eye in AI
How does your smartphone recognise a face or a QR code? Discover the art of giving eyesight to machines thanks to AI.
Observe an electronic brain at work, be part of a human neural network and perform the basic calculations to experiment with how a computer detects a line in an image.
Practical information about the event
- Thursday and Friday are reserved for secondary school students.
- Saturday is open to all (10:00 – 19:00) and entry is free.
