If you are a person living with Parkinson’s disease, this is the survey for you! You will be asked questions about your socio-demographic information, the symptoms you experience, your daily routines and your perspective towards using technology for health purposes (e.g. computer, smartphone, mobile applications).

After completing the survey, you will be able to indicate if you want to participate in the next steps of the study such as face-to-face interviews (ca. 1 hour) and/or group workshops (ca. 2 hours including a break).
