About
The HeraMetis project combines Artificial Intelligence (AI) and High Performance Computing (HPC) to revolutionize immune data analysis. In collaboration with DataThings, the University of Luxembourg, and the Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH), it addresses challenges in immune cell profiling for clinical and research applications.
Modern cytometry generates vast, complex datasets that are challenging to process manually. HeraMetis employs AI-driven algorithms for automated immune cell dissection and quantification, leveraging HPC platforms like MeluXina for rapid, scalable analysis. Its hybrid cloud-HPC architecture ensures accessibility and real-time responsiveness.
Key applications include clinical diagnostics, pharmaceutical development, and immunology research. HeraMetis accelerates insights into diseases like cancer and COVID-19, streamlines drug discovery, and supports precision medicine. With a user-friendly design, it sets a new standard for immune data analysis, enabling breakthroughs in clinical and translational research.
The total budget for the HeraMetis project is €1,084,855.96.
