FSTM collective: uniting forces for excellence

We recently concluded the inaugural retreat of the FSTM administrative team, a significant event aimed at introspection into the faculty’s value proposition, fostering collaboration, and charting the course for our future endeavors. The retreat provided a platform for exchanging ideas and enhancing interactions among team members. Recognizing the imperative of continually enhancing our services, a series of strategic actions will be undertaken in the upcoming months.

The leadership, particularly the Dean’s team, has committed to implementing various initiatives to bolster communication both within and beyond the faculty. Notably, regular town hall meetings will be instituted, creating forums for academic and administrative personnel to engage with the FSTM management team and facilitate meaningful exchanges among colleagues.

To further enhance efficiency, diverse working groups will be established, bringing together academics and administrative personnel to collaboratively define and streamline key processes. This collective and constructive approach is anticipated to yield improvements across various aspects of our operations.

Moreover, the FSTM actively contributed to the University’s collective efforts in the realms of Cybersecurity/Defense and Quantum-related activities this month, underscoring our commitment to staying at the forefront of cutting-edge developments in these critical domains.
