SimUL contributes to continuing professional education for healthcare professionals. Simulation-based training supports both junior and experienced practitioners who are seeking to expand their professional competencies.
A complementary training environment
While many healthcare institutions operate their own simulation activities, SimUL aims to provide complementary opportunities, particularly through:
- Access to specialised simulation infrastructure and equipment
- Interdisciplinary and scenario-based training formats
- Secure environments that promote training and collective thinking
Training sessions are developed collaboratively with partners to address specific learning objectives and professional contexts. SimUL works closely with healthcare institutions and academic partners in Luxembourg and the Greater Region to support professional development initiatives in healthcare education.
