The University of Luxembourg is pleased to announce the upcoming conference “Ramping-Up EU H₂ Economy,” organised within the framework of the Green SKHy NWE-Interreg and GD-GR Interreg Grande Region projects and LuxHyVal hydrogen valley. This event is hosted in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy & Energy, CSDD, H2SAAR, and the European Investment Bank (EIB).
The full-day conference will take place on Monday, 13 July 2026 at Campus Kirchberg (Salle: Paul Feidert) and will bring together leading experts, policymakers, researchers, and industry stakeholders to discuss strategic opportunities and challenges for the European hydrogen economy.
Key topics will include infrastructure development, application in the steel industry, carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS), e-SAF, white hydrogen, social acceptance, and hydrogen auctions, alongside discussions on policy, market development, and the role of hydrogen in Europe’s energy transition.
