Perspectives on the past, present, and future of the midwifery profession
On the occasion of International Day of the Midwife, we are pleased to invite you to our annual event, organized in collaboration with the University of Luxembourg and the Municipality of Bettembourg.
This event offers a reflection on the past, present, and future of the midwifery profession in Luxembourg and across Europe. It will bring together historical perspectives, research on students’ perceptions, as well as a comparative analysis of midwifery education, followed by a roundtable discussion on strengthening the role and recognition of the profession.
