The bus to the gala dinner will depart at 18:30 sharp from outside of the parking area in front of the campus to the designated arrival point. We ask you punctuality, as the traffic is usually very bad towards that area and it has been likely complicated due to the yesterday’s heavy rainfall and consequent flooding (the Moselle did not flood no worries).

For those who enrolled in the MUDAM guided tour, we’ve been informed that there will be 2 guided tours of 40 people each at 19:00 and 19:30, each one with the duration of 30 minutes. As these are organized by group and capacitated, we recommend you organize yourself accordingly in order not to miss the visit.

We are honored to announce that the 9th International IEEE Conference on Models and Technologies for Intelligent Transportation Systems (MT-ITS 2025) has been selected for funding under the FNR RESCOM (Scientific Events) programme.

Thanks to the generous support of the Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR), we are proud to offer:

  • 10 free registrations for Master’s students from the University of Luxembourg, and
  • 10 fully covered conference registration fees for doctoral candidates from institutions based in developing countries

This initiative aligns with our commitment to promote diversity, inclusion, and support for young researchers in the ITS community.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Must be enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program at the time of application.
  • Must be enrolled in an institution based in a developing country (Here the list).
  • While all eligible applicants are welcome, priority will be given to those who are not authors or co-authors of accepted papers, as we aim to broaden access and visibility of the MT-ITS conference over the presenter and co-authors.

To apply, please send an email to mt-its2025@uni.lu by 31 July 2025, including the following:

  • Subject of the email: Conference Attendace Application – NAME OF PARTICIPANTS – INSTITUTE 
  • A brief motivation letter (max 400 words) explaining your interest in MT-ITS and why you would like to attend;
  • A valid proof of enrollment from your university.
