Stefanie joined the Faculty of Science, Technology and Communication (FSTC) at the University of Luxembourg in 2007 and moved in 2010 to the then newly founded Interdisciplinary Centre for Security Reliability and Trust (SnT) as Project Coordinator. In 2020, she embraced a new role as a Research Facilitator at the Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM), where she managed and contributed to various research activities and funding strategies. Her efforts were instrumental in securing EU (EC), national (FNR), and other research grants, and she focused on forging robust partnerships with industry, academia, and economic stakeholders. Currently, Stefanie serves as a Project Manager for Mega Trends at the Dean’s Office of FSTM. In this role, she is at the forefront of defining and implementing strategies related to AI, quantum technology, energy, and other strategically important trends in Luxembourg. She collaborates closely with the rectorate and researchers across various departments as well as Luxembourg’s ministries, driving forward the university’s mission to stay ahead in these critical fields
