The academic year has begun on a very promising note. In the area of education, our Faculty proudly launched two new bachelor’s programmes: one in Midwifery and another in Medical Imaging. These additions mark an important step forward in our commitment to advancing healthcare education.
On the research front, the results of the recent evaluation have been presented to Parliament, once again underscoring the excellence of our Faculty in fulfilling its research mission.
I would also like to take this opportunity to express my deep gratitude to Frédérique Perrein, our Head of Administration, for her invaluable contributions to the University over the years in various roles. Fred has consistently demonstrated remarkable problem-solving skills, especially in navigating the challenges brought on by the rapid growth of our institution.
She has now embarked on a new personal project and is leaving the University mid-October. While we will certainly miss her, we wish her every success in this exciting new chapter.
