As part of the EU funded Erasmus+ project Spirit4Care, the University of Luxembourg is proud to host a training programme in early 2026, designed to strengthen spiritual care practices in nursing education and clinical work. Over the course of two sessions, participants will discover a person-centered approach that places patients’ values at the heart of care.
Two complementary sessions
The training takes place in two stages:
- Session 1: In-depth course in spiritual care (8-11 September, 2026)
The aim is to develop skills for teaching and/or supervising students on their clinical internships using remote and in-present innovative teaching methods (e-learning and in-present) – only two half-days of in-present teaching are scheduled to allow for flexibility. - Session 2: Putting skills into practice (21-25 September, 2026)
The second session is designed to enable trainers to put the skills acquired during the first session into practice with an audience of professional nurses and students.
Programme highlights
- Mainly in French
