Bachelor in Life Sciences

The Bachelor in Life Sciences at the University of Luxembourg offers a three-year venture into science, with an emphasis on biology and bioinformatics. Graduates continue with a research or applied Master, to engage with careers mainly in teaching and research. While the track Biology allows its graduates to access a variety of master’s degree programmes and careers (e.g. secondary education) in general biology and life sciences, the track Biomedicine is preparing students for a career in biomedical research with data science and bioinformatics as one of the focus areas.
