Full paper 

Authors have already received a notification of the acceptance of their extended abstract. After notification of acceptance, authors are invited to develop their abstract into a full paper. A template for the full paper and further instructions can be found HERE. Submission deadline for full papers has been extended to 30 April 2025

Other information 

The contributions will be published in a conference proceedings book. In addition, BIVEC-GIBET awards a junior (-30 years) and a (senior) best paper award of EUR 500 and EUR 750, respectively. When submitting their full paper, authors should indicate whether they wish to participate in either of these two paper awards.  

Moreover, we also plan a special issue with selected conference papers in the European Journal of Transport and Infrastructure Research (EJTIR). When submitting their full paper, authors should indicate whether they want their paper to be considered for this special issue.
