About

Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to tackle some of the biggest challenges in today’s education landscape, innovate teaching and learning practices and accelerate progress in learning. At the same time, however, rapid technological developments inevitably bring with them risks and challenges. The transversal project AI4Education not only offers a platform for scientific exchange between researchers from different disciplines, but is also intended to be a contact point for technology and research questions. We also seek to engage in debate with specialists from the field of education, as this is precisely where the art of using AI in a sensible and measured way lies. An advisory board consisting of international experts supports us in this endeavour. Current projects: Chatwise (PSP Classic, Dr. Sana Nouzri, ILIAS), AI-Powered Cognitive Pattern Analysis for Personalized Learning (Prof. Jun Pang, LACS), Computer Science and Media Studies (Dr. Jean Botev, CompSys), Alfredo Capozucca (LASSY)
