The Master en Médiation provides students with the necessary skills to mediate and resolve conflicts in a large array of working settings. The programme is not only designed for students wishing to work as qualified mediator in a specialised entity but addresses anyone who manages people working in situations requiring conflict resolution skills and techniques.

What do we offer our students?

A comprehensive education

Students learn the theories and techniques related to mediation and dispute resolutions. Courses also cover ethical and legal aspects of mediation, social psychology, sociology, economics and philosophy.
Students are introduced to different research methods and tools and have to complete a Master thesis to obtain the degree of Master en Médiation.

A programme with an international outlook

During the first two years a general theoretical and practical training in mediation and conflict resolution is provided.
During the last two years, students have the opportunity to specialise their education at one of the three partner universities:
– University of Luxembourg
– University Lyon 2 (France)
– University of Murcia (Spain)

A part-time study programme

The programme offers the possibility to study while maintaining a full-time employment. Classes take place on Fridays and Saturdays over the course of 8 semesters.
