About
Posters in Brussels is an Erasmus+ project launched in November 2024 that aims to support undergraduate research and foster connections between Bachelor students and political decision-makers across Europe. Through scientific poster presentations, students from all academic disciplines are invited to present their research projects or Bachelor theses in national and European political institutions. The initiative unfolds in two stages. The national-level event, Posters in the Chamber, will take place on 27 November 2025 in Luxembourg’s Chamber of Deputies, organised by the Research Chair of Legislative Studies of the University of Luxembourg. In 2026, students will have the chance to the present their work in the European Parliament in Brussels, showcasing research from across all participating universities. The project is committed to reinforcing the link between students and democratic institutions by bringing visibility to their research. The national and international events aim to give students and their mentors the opportunity to exchange ideas with Members of Parliament and each other. In addition, the University of Luxembourg will host an international conference on 6 May 2026 focusing on enhancing undergraduate research. This event will bring together partner institutions, experts, and mentors. The Posters in Brussels Erasmus+ project is coordinated by Karl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg (Germany) with partners including LCC International University (Lithuania), Universität Wien (Austria), Atlantic Technological University (Ireland), and the University of Luxembourg, and is founded by the European Commission.
