Certified Green Event

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we are applying for the Green Business Events label (GBE) and have adopted a range of environmentally conscious measures.

To reduce paper waste, we will not print flyers or programs. We also invite participants to return their badges after the event so they can be reused.

Catering will feature local, seasonal and organic products.

To limit plastic waste, no single-use items such as cups, bottles or straws will be provided. Instead, water fountains will be available throughout the venue, and we kindly ask all participants to bring a reusable bottle.

Waste-sorting stations will be clearly marked, and individual packaging for condiments will be avoided.

We kindly encourage all participants to choose train travel and public transport whenever possible to minimize the event’s environmental footprint.
