About
The GetBrainHealthy project, developed by scientists at the University of Luxembourg, promotes brain health through engaging and interactive workshops. Aimed at a wide range of audiences aged 18 to 50 years, including students and professionals from various sectors, the project focuses on improving the understanding of brain health and its impact on overall well-being.
The GetBrainHealthy team members combine scientific insights from cognitive and health psychology, neurosciences, science communication, and user-centred design. Based on the outcomes of a survey on brain health beliefs and in co-design with different partner companies and organizations, the GetBrainHealthy team develops workshops specifically tailored to the different needs and expectations of their partners.
During the workshops, participants engage in hands-on activities and interactive discussions designed to increase awareness and provide practical tips for taking proactive steps to maintain and improve their brain health. The contents of the GetBrainHealthy workshops as well as the communication strategies evolve thanks to the feedback they receive from participants and partners during and after the sessions.
