Loris Piccotti is a PhD researcher in Economics in the Department of Behavioural and Cognitive Sciences. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Uppsala University (Sweden) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Luxembourg.
His research examines economic insecurity and labour market dynamics, with a particular focus on job insecurity and employment stability. He studies how technological change – including digitalisation and artificial intelligence – reshapes worker vulnerability and job satisfaction. His work also explores how labour market conditions and major life and economic events shape individuals’ overall life satisfaction.
