Why We Study Children ?

Children are inherently curious and begin exploring the world from the moment they are born. During their early years, they absorb a vast array of knowledge and experiences. At the Child and Baby Lab, our mission is to investigate how this early learning occurs and how it evolves throughout development.

By examining how children think and learn at various stages, we not only enhance our understanding of cognitive processes but also gain insights into the complexities of adult cognition. Our research has practical implications, offering guidance to parents and educators on effective learning strategies and helping to develop interventions for children facing developmental challenges.

Ultimately, our work aims to foster an environment where all children can thrive, equipping them with the necessary tools to navigate their world successfully.
